Below is a quick overview of current Tournament Schedule. To book a seat in any of them, simply register your interest from the PKR lobby. New players will need to visit www.pkr and register their details for free. You’ll be given a welcome bonus of up to $800 for your troubles though
This is the big one – the daddy of PKR tournaments. It runs on a bi-weekly basis and starts at 19.40 GMT. If you get down to the final table, you can be guaranteed a spot on PKR TV … and if you go one stage further and win the whole thing, you can be guaranteed a cheque of at least $25,000.

Alternative Buy in: Satellites run throughout the month with costs start at $1.28. You can also buy in using your PKR points, making your entry totally free.
A completely brand new tournament, the GTD High Roller will run on alternating weeks from the PKR Masters and will set you back a cool $500 if you want to buy in directly. Satellites will run over the course of the fortnight leading up to the tournament to allow those with a smaller bank roll to get involved in the action.

The Grand Prix is one of the most popular tournaments on the site and returns to its popular slot of 20.55 GMT every evening.

Primetime is the new and improved tournament that’s guaranteed to brighten up your Sunday afternoon. starting at 17.10GMT with an increased prize pool and a huge number of satellites, Primetime will keep all PKR members on their toes and ensure that they certainly won’t get bored!

PKR really declared their presence as a serious poker room when they announced details of the daily PKR Open. This runs every night with the exception of Wednesday when The Bounty (see below) takes it place.

If you fancy a break from Hold’em then you’ll certainly be interested in this weekly Double Chance tournament which starts ever Sunday afternoon at 16.30 GMT.
If you like Bounty Tournaments, then the chances are that you’ll like this weekly tournament which run every Wednesday at 19.30 GMT.
