Be yourself with PKR FaceGen



PKR’s ability to let you design a digital avatar unique to you is one of the things that makes it stand out from other poker rooms.

Things go further though – what happens if you’re trying to make your avatrar look as much like yourself as possible? Well the answer lies with PKR FaceGen – a new addition to the site that looks like it will be come very popular indeed.

It’s pretty cool technology, which seems to work very well (just see the video below!). FaceGen works by identifying key features of your face and then translating them into a digital image that you can use at the PKR poker tables.

If you fancy taking advantage of this, you’ll need to send PKR a few photos of yourself. In order to make the make avatar as accurate as possible, PKR suggest that you send them one headshot and two pictures taken from the side with the images being saved in JPG, BMP, TIF or TGA format. Your mouth should be kept closed (so no smiling!) and the photo should be taken using a flash on a good quality camera.
